A-2 Ongoing Support for CEBA and implement of Loan Accounting System

The provision of ongoing CEBA services including but not limited to repayments, reconciliation activities, loan investigations support, financial reporting, integration services with internal and external partners, website support, communications with internal and external stakeholders, and new to this contract the design and build of new CEBA collections capabilities including the design, build and implementation of a loan accounting system (LAS).   The amendments to this contract were essential to support additional scope as well as the continued provision of the services including the design and build of collections ecosystem to allow for  additoinal time required to complete multiple contract negotiations for the full scope of ongoing operations and the collections build and implementation.
