A-32 Schedule; Development and support for CEBA website

In order to meet the requirements of the CEBA program EDC had the need to provide website technical and professional services to support document upload and verification capabilities that would allow Canadian businesses to upload expense documents demonstrating business application eligibility, provide weekly statistical updates on the program funding status, provide a website pre-screen took used by applicants who previously did not have a business bank account, a self service web portal for applicants to validate their loan and document status and provide ongoing maintenance and support services including maintenance of the application architecture, infrastructure, resolution of issues etc.  The website is the single source of public information and houses a large number of FAQs for the public to have greater insight to CEBA eligibility and process. Subsequent amendments to extend services were done to support the multiple program extensions and expansions announced by the Canadian Federal Government to provide additional funding to all eligible (and previously funded applicants) to provide additional relief to the Canadian economy.
