Introduction of additional scope for the EDC CEBA programing in the areas of 1) program expansion 2) loan administration and funding 3) technology data, reporting and reconciliation 4) program administration and communication 5) payments, asset management and collections 6) call center and 7) investigations and anomalies.   Scope under these areas included but was not limited to technology infrastructure development, system programming to enable new decision-logic, data-feed exchanges with Financial Instituions, Canada Revenue Agency, and other stakeholders, and reporting creation and testing?, audit and compliance requirements, program-wide communications to all stakeholders via the various channels, development, ongoing management, and administration of the call-centre, daily processing of CEBA application requests, management of funding activities, and handling of inquiries relating to the application and funding process?, management of repayments etc.   Purchase Order Number 71632
