Description

Define and implement a sustainable operating model including clearly defined ways of working and processes, org structure, roles and responsibilities, performance measures, technology/systems, tools, and interaction model with stakeholders in order to provide CEBA collections services to its customers. Services will include gathering and organizing this work and performing a gap analysis through workshops to determine what more work needs to be completed to clearly define the Future Operating Model (FOM) and achieve operational readiness in order to successfully launch and operate CEBA collections currently scheduled to go live in 2024.
