The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) Case Management Modernization

This requirement is to provide support to the Chief Innovation and Technology Office (CITO) in modernizing IRB’s current Case Management System through the IRB Horizons project. Under the title Horizon 2026-27, IRB’s new Strategic Plan will, ensure the IRB will continue to provide Canadians the assurance that immigration and refugee decisions are sound, timely, and made in accordance with the law. - Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories - The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
