Geomatics Specialists and Telecommunications Systems Specialists

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has a requirement for Professional services under the Task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply to: Telecommunication System Specialist • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on telecommunication system and sub-system, including radio, fixed wireless, microwave, satellite, fibre optics, and other wireline networks. • Technical assessment of telecommunications network, and their ability to delivery required broadband services. • Negotiate and assess Statements of Work (SOW) for implementing broadband services. Geomatics Specialist • Assess, evaluate and process GIS and/or related data sets. • Perform geographic analysis of telecommunications networks • Document related findings and produce associated GIS files and datasets
