Genomic and Metagenomic Sequencing of Livestock Fecal and Environmental Samples, AAFC, Lethbridge Research and Development Centre

DESCRIPTION: A contractor shall provide shotgun metagenomic sequencing of up to 420 samples, with an option to sequence up to 280 additional samples. Additionally, the contractor shall provide 16S rRNA gene analysis for up to 288 samples and Illumina whole genome sequencing for up to 300 bacterial isolates. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2027 inclusive. Mandatory Technical Requirements Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis for award. SOLICITATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AAFC AT: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
