Process Development and implementation at select DND sites of EEPR

Description

For the Department of National Defence (DND), the contractor must develop a tailored Environmental Emergency Preparedness and Response (EEPR) program for DND and pilot the process at two (2) DND sites to implement and refine it, so that it can subsequently be applied by DND at any site.
