Canadian Forces Recruiting Group is seeking to engage two experienced Business Process Consultants to work collaboratively as a team supporting CFRG during a critical period of transformation. Over a two-month engagement, alongside the Chief of Staff (COS), the consultants will assess and map out the organization’s current change initiatives and processes, provide a clear analysis of CFRG’s current position within these initiatives, and highlight opportunities to streamline processes. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category: •Consultant Cat.: Business Process Consultants •Security Level: Reliability •Region: Ontario •Level of Expertise: One Senior & One Intermediate It is intended to award 1 contract with 2 option periods.
