Task Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 2 for the following categories:
Senior Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist under Stream 2: Business consulting / Change management.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.
All qualified vendors for the category above have been invited to bid.
Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Task Based Professional Services, specifically up to sixteen (16) Senior Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialists to interpret and apply the Access to Information Act (ATIA) to contentious and complex documents or high-profile files, including those related to military operations, defence procurement, mental health issues, and cadet-related topics.
It is intended to result in the award of two (2) contracts of eight (8) resources each for approximately two (2) years.
Level of Security Requirement:
Secret Security Requirement with COMMON-PS-SRCL#20

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Authority, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM.
Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract to 30 November 2027 (estimated).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 440 days per resource.
