PSIB Level 3 Business Transformation Architect

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to develop a strategic digital transformation plan for Director General Human Capital Management Modernization - Military (DGHCMM-M) to digitally transform military personnel management by modernizing digital foundations, accelerating delivery, and enabling pan-domain capabilities. This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
