Patent Agent Services

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Patent Agent Services to Agriculture and Agrifood Canada. INSTRUCTIONS 3 patent categories are identified in the annexes (Statement of Work, Basis of Payment and Technical Evaluation) : 1. Biotechnologies 2. Products and Equipment 3. New Trends. Bidders must complete the Technical Evaluation and Basis of Payment tables for each of the categories for which they wish to provide services. Canada could issue up to 3 standing offers : One for each patent category. Canada will consider the technically compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for each of the 3 categories separately.
