Audit Services, Grant & Contribution and Transfer Payment Agreements

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC), formerly known as Infrastructure Canada, requires the services of an audit firm to perform audits on an as-required basis. The audits will cover a wide variety of HICC funding agreements with various types of recipient organizations. The audit activities will determine whether or not the recipient is compliant with the agreement negotiated between the parties involved.
