84084-25-0027 Title – HR Advisory and Developmental Support Services REQUIREMENT The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) requires a contractor to provide advice and guidance to support the development of its HR management team, HR professionals, HR policies, and processes. A contract for these services will allow the CER to have access to expertise, services and resources such as Human Resources (HR) research, direct advisory services, employee surveys, training and tools to support the CER’s HR team over the next one to four years. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE The period of the Contract is from Date of contract award to February 28, 2027. Option to Extend the Contract The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.
