Request for Proposal # 391: Financial Audit Generalist – Pension Plans This requirement is open only to those Audit and Related Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Stream 1 – Financial Audit under the SA369 series of SAs. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a bid: 1. Welch LLP 2. Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc. 3. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP 4. Deloitte LLP 5. KPMG LLP 6. BDO Canada LLP Description of Work: The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) is conducting an annual financial audit of the pension plans. The OAG requires the professional services of one (1) Auditor to assist the OAG audit team in conducting the audit work related to the annual financial audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and OAG audit and documentation standards. This RFP describes the process by which a supplier, who is the person or entity submitting a proposal responding to the requirements of the RFP and having legal capacity to contract (a “Bidder”), may be selected for recommendation of contract award.
