TSPS 2.7 Needs analysis and research consultant (1 x Senior consultant and 1 x Junior consultant)

The Net-Zero Advisory Body Secretariat in the Climate Change Branch (CCB) of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is seeking the professional services of two governance experts under TSPS stream 2.7 Needs Analysis and Research Consultant; one Level 3 (Senior) and one Level 1 (Junior). The requirement is for these two (2) consultants to provide research and analysis to inform the Net-Zero Advisory Body’s (NZAB) advice to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation.
