DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services for the Evaluation assessment of the Grand Challenges Canada (GCC) programming, Initial Period of the Contract This bid solicitation aims to award one (1) contract. The resulting contract will take effect on the date of the last signature and will end on October 31, 2024.
