February 10, 2025: Amendment 003 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from February 11, 2025 2:00 PM EST to February 14, 2025 2:00 PM EST. January 31, 2025: Amendment 002 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from February 4, 2025 2:00 PM EST to February 11, 2025 2:00 PM EST. January 10, 2025: Amendment 001 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from January 21, 2025 2:00 PM EST to February 4, 2025 2:00 PM EST. The objective of this contract is to obtain professional services to support changes and enhancements to IRCC’s Global Case Management System (GCMS) Online Services and in preparation of a transition to modernize tools. More specifically, the Contractor must support the overall modernization and transformation of the existing IRCC GCMS online solutions which aim at reducing application processing times and improving the department’s service delivery and client services. Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
