Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) will apply to this solicitation. Requirement The Dimensional Metrology group at the NRC has a requirement for the delivery of 68 High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters. The delivery is required in Ottawa, Ontario on or before December 20, 2024. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal. Inquiries To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) days prior to the bid closing date.
