***AMENDMENT 001 - CORRECTION OF DD400/DP400 to DDP400 IN THE FRENCH VERSION OF THE NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT*** Request for Proposal # 400: Stream 3A, Financial Instruments Valuation – Export Development Canada (EDC) This requirement is open only to those Audit and Related Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Stream 3A – Financial Instrument Valuation under the SA369 series of SAs. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a bid: 1. BDO Canada LLP 2. Deloitte LLP 3. KPMG LLP 4. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Description of Requirement: The Office of the Auditor General of Canada performs an annual audit of the consolidated financial statements of Export Development Canada (EDC) prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The OAG requires a Contractor to help the audit team with auditing the allowance for losses on non-credit impaired loans and the loan guarantees for the year ending 31 December 2023, with an option to extend for the year ending 2024 and 2025. The objective of the contract is to engage a Contractor to provide the OAG audit team with this required expertise. This requirement is intended to result in one (1) contract. Level of Security: Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability The work performed under this Contract will be at the Reliability Status and the deliverables associated with the completion of the work detailed in this document will be up to Protected B. Applicable Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada–Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada–Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada–Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada–Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement, and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
