Audit of the Canadian Grain Commission’s Financial Statements

PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SUPPORT SERVICES (PASS) SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT (SA) Work Stream 5: External Audit DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Canadian Grain Commission is seeking an external auditor to provide an independent audit opinion on its annual financial statements, including its Revolving Fund for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (work as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work), for one (1) year with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The range of activities under this Stream could include: • Financial statement audit readiness assessment • Financial statement audit • Other external assurance work as outlined in the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) Handbook SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Security Requirements Check List (SRCL): Common PS SRCL #22 Minimum Corporate Security Clearance: Secret Minimum Resource Security Clearance: Secret Minimum Document Safeguarding: Secret DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The contract is from the date of Contract award to October 31, 2024 inclusive. Includes option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
