RCMP Operational Communication Center Efficiency Review

Description

Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a review of its four (4) E Division Operational Communication Centres (OCCs) along with the Program Management Unit to determine the workload and staffing requirements to efficiently run the OCCs. The intention is to award one (1) contract for a period of six (6) months with the irrevocable option of two (2) additional three (3)-month option periods There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please refer to RFP. Basis of selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Procuring Office: RCMP, E Division The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
