National Supply Chain Visibility Solution.

Description of Work: Transport Canada is looking to develop and establish a high-level architecture and phased implementation approach for the National Supply Chain Visibility Solution. Transport Canada anticipates that multiple phases will be required to achieve its overall Supply Chain objectives but is looking to conduct this preliminary solicitation in order to help shape the overall approach. The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract to a period of one (1) year, inclusive, with the irrevocable option to extend for a contract term of one (1), six (6) month option period. Security Requirement: Reliability Status
