The Contractor will be primarily called upon to provide professional expertise and lines of enquiry services in the conduct and delivery of the following: • Third party independent reviews to provide an assessment of the progress, health and readiness of a project following the Treasury Board Secretariat’s (TBS) Independent Reviewer's Handbook guidelines and review methodology o A gate review (in advance of a gate decision/discussion) o A health check review (between gates) o Ad hoc (as a concern arises) • The Contractor may also be tasked to provide advisory services in project delivery methodologies such as traditional waterfall, agile, or product management, as requested. Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories. The work is currently being performed by MDOS Consulting Inc. under contract value ($762,750.00 for the initial and option periods including tax.)
