NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTW6369-22-X037UPS APC Maintenance Package for the Virtual Lab GSIN: N5999The APC UPS unit provides power conditioning and backup power supply for our Virtual Lab IT equipment located at Site 3. The batteries in the APC UPS need to be replaced. DND requires a supplier to provide new batteries, install and configure them within the APC unit.The proposed equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an annex to the solicitation document.Applicable Trade Agreements:Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.Security Requirements: This contract includes a security requirement.It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
