The objective of this RFP is to retain an individual Contractor or Joint Venture to provide the complete design-build work for the Lake Louise Visitor Centre Office Space outlined in the terms of reference.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $500,000, Taxes extra.TWO-SUBMISSION BIDThis Bid shall be submitted following a “two-submission” procedure. Refer to IB06 of the Special Instructions to Bidders.Period of Contract Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than January 20, 2023. OPTIONAL SITE VISITThere will be an optional site visit on September, 22 2022 at 12:00pm (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Upper Lake Louise AB T0L (Lake) Parks Canada Bus Parking Lot (Middle Lot).Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
