The site will be rehabilitated to its original natural condition to match the surrounding environment.See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $250,000, Taxes extra.TWO-SUBMISSION BIDThis Bid shall be submitted following a “two-submission” procedure. Refer to SI04 of the Special Instructions to Bidders.PERIOD OF CONTRACTContractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than December 1, 2022.OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit on October 4, 2022 at 2:00pm (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Radium Visitors Centre: 7556 Main St. E Radium Hot Springs, BC V0A 1M0 Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.ENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
