The Contractor must furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and service the elevating devices. For Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the elevators located at the Blackburn Building, 85 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
