The Canadian Grain Commission's (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training of one (1) Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) system. A benchtop ICP-MS system intended for the analysis of elements ranging from ppm to ppb concentration levels with an ESI 8DX prepFAST M5 with TuneSelect, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must deliver the requirement with specifications as per Annex Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria. The Offeror must be compliant with all Deliverables specified in this Statement Of Requirement.
