HVAC Maintenance Contract

To provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at the following buildings in the National Capital Region (NCR). Library of Parliament 111 Wellington St, Ottawa CBUS 111 Wellington St, Ottawa East Block 111 Wellington St, Ottawa West Block 111 Wellington St, Ottawa 55 Metcalfe 55 Metcalfe St, Ottawa The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years.
