Environment Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for the procurement of Soft Body Armor Vests. Estimated Quantities: Year 1 – 85 units Year 2 – 85 units Year 3 – 85 units Year 4 (if extended) – 100 units Year 5 (if extended) – 100 units The period for issuing Individual Requisitions on Contract (ROC) against this contract is within a period of three (3) years from the date ofcontract award. Option to extend the duration of the Contract: The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
