Strategic Advice and Business Consulting Services for the Receiver General

REQUIREMENT: As part of the Initiation and Planning phase of the RGM, the RG requires a partner, experienced in large scale financial management business and information technology (IT) modernization and transformation projects to serve as the RG’s strategic business transformation advisor, providing strategic advice and business consulting services. The Contractor will offer industry expertise, guidance, methodologies and processes to establish a target state architecture and a transformation roadmap for the RGM.
