Province House Conservation, Phase 3 Interior Reinstatement and Building Systems, Charlottetown, PEI

Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Parks Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and materials for the interior reinstatement and building systems at Province House. To-date the site has undergone major reconstruction and restoration of the roof, inner and outer stone walls and windows. Phase 3 will include items such as: Heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and upgrades throughout the entire building including tying into the central district steam heat and new geothermal well systems for AC; Electrical distribution systems and upgrades; IT and security systems rough-in; Reinstate interior heritage finishes; Reinstate wall and ceiling finishes - including both traditional plaster and modern wall board systems; Plaster and lath walls; Seam filling and painting; Landscaping including sodding, tree plantings, concrete walks, pavers and driveway; Rough-in pigeon control system; Exterior building lighting and controls; Basement concrete floor; Installation of elevator and stairs; and Washrooms and interior fit-up.
