The CBSA is in need of Faraday Shielding equipment consisting of sealable bags and enclosures that shelter digital devices from being remotely accessed, altered or wiped. The makeup of Radio frequency resistant fabric provides the protection required by investigators to secure digital information contained within devices and media seized as potential evidence. The Faraday bags will mainly be used to protect the contents of seized and detained devices in the field and at the border to preserve digital evidence.
