The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) has a requirement for on-campus delivery and instruction of the Marine Technician Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Instructor course including pedagogical and logistics support resulting in a certificate from the institution. The Institution must be located within either the Halifax Regional Municipality, NS or the Greater Victoria, BC Municipalities. The first course must be delivered and available to DND students no later than 9 September 2024 for a period of three years, plus options for up to an additional 3 years.
