The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) requires professional audiovisual production services to deliver high-quality American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ) videos with closed captioning. These videos will support the CRTC’s reports, consultations, and other communications, ensuring accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing Canadians. The Contractor will adapt English and French scripts provided by the CRTC into ASL and LSQ and produce captioned videos to be published on the CRTC’s official YouTube channel.
