CEBA APPLIED INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM AND PROOF OF CONCEPT AGREEMENT – PLATFORM ACC

In order to meet the needs of the CEBA program as mandated by the Government of Canada EDC had the need to stand up a rapid capability for data, analytics and reporting to support the Canadian government disbursements of funds to small businesses in response to COVID-19.   In order to do this platform services were provisioned under this contract to perform activities including ability to upload source data for processing from the loan holders using Secure File Transfer Protocol, storage and access to CEBA data, create reports to track and manage the disbursement of funds, create data visualizations, and perform data analytics. Subsequent amendments were required to extend these services ultimately out to September 2, 2022, to accomodate the extension of funding availability, the additional funding of $20K per business, so that EDC could continue to manage and operate loan application processing including communication with financial institutions and credit reporting agencies, provide CEBA repayment services post disbursements and enable Collections capabilities.
