Extension of 3 SOW for Squad as a Services

The initial contract between BDC and CGI, resulting from a public tender in 2022, covered application development services in Squad mode for a duration of 3 years (declared value: $18M) and ended on June 8, 2025. This exception aims to extend three active SOWs to ensure service continuity until the award of a new contract, following a public call for tenders currently published.
