Extension of various Microsoft contracts

In April 2025, various Microsoft contracts were extended for an additional three (3) years through a single source negotiation for the following products and services and with the estimated values described below : - Office Suite M365, Dynamics 365 CRM and other ancillary products ($28.6 M)/ CNTR0027686 - Azure CLOUD services (MCA) ($7.3 M) / CNTR0027688 - Virtual servers (SCE) ($3.4 M) / CNTR0027687 - Unified Support ($1.7 M)/ CNTR0027689 TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE : $ 41 M.
