OF#4 Service PaaS - One Financial

Provision of the ONE FINANCIAL SaaS platform services required to support the build and implementation of loan accounting sytsem (LAS) required to allow EDC to provide CEBA collections services as mandated by the GoC effective Nov 3, 2024.   Platform services includes infrastructure and cloud services, database services, security services, general platform management services, environment set up, as well as 3rd party software, ex MS Azure, used by the ONE FINANCIAL SaaS (LAS) solution. CR 001 and CR 002 were executed in order to add funds to support the extension of these services ultimately out to April 30, 2024 in order to accomodate extensions to the collections build go live date as a result of further definition and/or a change in requirements and increased design and build complexity, such as but not limited to, change of payment provider, Finance integration, CRA and EDC integrations and post-loan collections support and changes to the delivery schedule to address defects.
