Research and Insights Market Assessment

By this award, Deloitte is included in the list of pre-qualified vendors that will be completing primary and secondary research that will enhance or inform the research being undertaken internally by FCC; or be engaged in standalone research projects that will meet the informational needs of internal stakeholders. While the concentration of work is primarily to be taken in the context of a Canadian lens, international research may also be required. The nature of the research varies broadly. Examples of the research areas are as follows:   Crown Corporations and/or financial institutions: Environmental scans; competitive intelligence such as product offerings for customers (particularly, but not limited to, agriculture and agri-food); efforts underway or proposed for enhancing the current and predicted future customer experience. Assessing the current and future impacts to agriculture and agri-food, including topics such as trends; projections for future state; financial needs; market assessments; ESG; diversity; labour; technology; succession planning; potential growth and opportunities. Topics related to Human Resources such as employee experience; diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB); learning and development; talent sourcing.
