RFP – PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION SERVICES

Effective July 31, 2023, FCC established a Transformation Hub that will coordinate the development of and execution of corporate transformation efforts. FCC has recently completed a review of its current strategy, strengths and potential gaps in order to begin informing key opportunities for FCC’s future strategy. We now have a refreshed winning aspiration statement, have made some strategic choices, and have identified high-level implications on the business units. Following this initial work, FCC’s Transformation Hub is seeking to partner with multiple Proponents in a series of engagements to develop and implement strategies in these focus areas, as we enable our new direction and execution of a refreshed corporate strategy. This project will take place in conjunction with other streams of work dedicated to a review of FCC’s current organizational model, structure and culture.
