Schedule A-3/4 CEBA Collections Professional Services "

Provision of the Deliverables and Services required to build and implement new end-to-end collections capabilities based on direction from our Government of Canada stakeholder including, but not limited to, security, loan data management, internal and external integrations, reporting, call centre, stakeholder management and customer communications, and the build of the loan accounting system crtical to manage loans assigned to EDC for collection.  In addition to building collections capabilities EDC also require the provision of the Deliverable and Services required to continue to support provide the existing funding services to the CEBA program, including, but not limited to, loan repayments, relationship support with financial institutions and the Government of Canada, loan messaging, investigation of CEBA loans and reporting.
