Export Development Canada (EDC) had an imperative  to outsource to a third-party organization to assist in initiating and establishing the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) Program. The scope of this requirement includes bringing in 232 financial institutions and facilitating the onboarding of central credit union agencies..  The primary objective is to onboard a specified number of financial institutions to allow the dispursement of funds to Canadian business owners via banks.
