Construction Management Servicers for the Annacis Island WWTP Stage 5 Phase 2B Completion Works

The work includes providing construction management services for Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (AIWWTP) Stage 5 Phase 2B Completion Works program consisting of five (5) construction projects as detailed in Section 00 24 10 Scope of Services, and how the award will be made in Phases including Schedule A – Prescribed Estimated Total Effort by Phase. Initial award will be made for Phase 1 only. Proposals will only be considered from those Respondents advanced following Request for Qualification RFQ No. 25-246 – Construction Management Services for the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Stage 5 Phase 2B Completion Works.
