York Chiller Preventative Maintenance Services

This Notice of Award is to advise potential suppliers that Keyano College (the “College”) has awarded the chiller preventative maintenance services for two (2) York water cooled, high pressure centrifugal chillers to Johnson Controls Inc. The College has chosen not to tender the scope of services as per the guidelines of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Chapter 5, Article 513 Section 1 (b)(v) and (c), which states: (b)(v) to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain spec
