This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of a WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT MASTER PLAN (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. This planning document will guide upgrades, replacements and new construction at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
