23-1745 - Mail Screening Equipment

OBJECTIVE The City of Calgary has a business need to replace the current mail screening equipment with new improved technology that meets current and anticipated business and security requirements. This in turn is expected to mitigate a number of risks and provide a number of benefits to the organization. BACKGROUND The City of Calgary has a mandate to manage threats, risks and vulnerabilities, which include, among other things, mail security handling and screening. Excluding i
