SERVICES OF THIS CONTRACT .1 Provide hourly rate fully qualified and certified Lenel service technicians with Expert Level Status & VAR regional authorization. (MANDATORY) .2 Provide hourly rate fully qualified and certified Genetec service technicians/analysts with mission control certification & VAR unified elite status. (MANDATORY) .3 Provide One Certified Service Technician on the First Monday of Every Month 8am-4pm Beginning on December 2, 2024 to provide monthly maintenance as per Sect
