Business Continuity Supports for Disability Services – Direct Operations

Direct Operations within Seniors, Community and Social Services have Business Continuity Plans, which are arrangements and procedures to ensure essential business functions can continue within planned levels during an emergency (e.g., staff shortages during a pandemic or business disruption that impacts staffing and services). To mitigate potential risks, this procurement will enable Disability Services to ensure critical services are provided to individuals residing at Direct Operations’ sites
